Chris Blaylock
Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer

Chris Blaylock, PE, CSP, CHSC, STS, ATS, PMP, NDE III, CWI, MSR 080279, SPRAT L3E, IRATA L3AT, brings more than two decades of experience leading large-scale, high-risk, and technically demanding projects across North America. His career reflects a rare combination of engineering expertise, field execution, and safety leadership, making him a trusted authority on projects where failure is not an option.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health, and Engineering from Georgia Tech University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Structural Engineering and maintains one of the most comprehensive portfolios of advanced certifications in the industry, spanning engineering, safety, rope access, rigging, inspection, and project management.

Andrea Hernandez
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Andrea Hernandez STS 001782 CSSS, CSST is the cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Cerezo, known for her ability to lead with both vision and firsthand experience. Beginning in general labor and advancing through every level of project execution to business ownership, Andrea has developed a rare command of the full operational chain. Her background gives her a practical understanding of the work at every level, allowing her to lead with credibility, discipline, and a deep respect for the standards required to build and grow a strong company.

At Cerezo, Andrea helps set the company’s strategic direction while ensuring its operational foundation remains strong, capable, and built for growth. She also carries many of the same certifications held by her team, reinforcing her hands on understanding of the work and her commitment to leading from experience. Her leadership reflects a deep knowledge of field execution, team development, and business management, helping position Cerezo to grow with purpose, consistency, and long term strength.

Marian Salas 
Chief Administration Officer

Marian Salas is a dedicated Payroll and Billing Specialist at Cerezo Management, where she ensures the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations and client billing with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to financial integrity.

Marian holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Venezuela, a background that equipped her with strong analytical thinking, process optimization skills, and a systems-oriented approach to problem-solving, all of which she brings to her work in financial administration every day.

With a solid foundation in both engineering principles and business operations, Marian has developed expertise in payroll compliance, billing reconciliation, and workflow efficiency. Over the years, she has played a key role in streamlining internal processes at Cerezo Management, contributing to greater accuracy in financial reporting and improved turnaround times in billing cycles. Her ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions reflects the precision and discipline instilled by her engineering training.

Marian is known among her colleagues for her reliability, attention to detail, and calm, professional demeanor, qualities that make her an invaluable member of the Cerezo Management team. She is also bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows her to communicate effectively across diverse teams and client bases.

Zach Frazier is an accomplished business development and growth executive known for helping organizations scale through strategic partnerships, operational alignment, and disciplined execution. His background spans construction, business operations, client development, and growth strategy, with a consistent focus on sustainable revenue and market expansion. Zach has supported initiatives tied to significant recurring revenue growth, strengthened key client relationships, and helped advance high value opportunities across both emerging and established markets.
